Every two years, the National Centre of Documentation and Analysis for Childhood and Adolescence prepares the Report based on the programmatic indications provided by the National Observatory for Childhood and Adolescence.
A specific characteristic of the Report is that it pays special attention to new situations or already-known situations that become priorities in the universe of childhood and adolescence. Therefore, the Report is not a complete and comprehensive collection of all the complex aspects of the condition of underage citizens; on the contrary, it offers some input on open issues, proposing, where possible, guidance to overcome the main challenges.
