The promotion of a scientific culture that is inclusive and free of gender discrimination.

In order to achieve an inclusive scientific culture, it is essential, first and foremost, to focus on education—particularly for younger generations—as a fundamental element for the democratic growth of a country. This principle is so important that it has been enshrined in the European Pillar of Social Rights, which emphasises that every citizen has the right to access inclusive education, training, and learning opportunities.

The main goal is to achieve a Europe that guarantees gender parity, and where gender-based violence and sexual discrimination can be considered a thing of the past. In the fight for the recognition of gender parity, it is also necessary to mention another important document, namely the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

Goal 5 of the Agenda is aimed at achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls in the realm of economic development, because equality is not only a fundamental human right, but also a cornerstone of a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world.

Attached is a regulatory framework on the promotion of a scientific culture that is inclusive and free of gender discrimination.
