The Italian legal framework has recently been enhanced by a specific piece of legislation concerning those who are orphaned as a result of a domestic crime.
Action was required to regulate, by means of new general rules, several crucial aspects of these events, as well as to better address all the requirements associated with the occurrence of such situations, including those of an economic nature.
