This Notebook is dedicated entirely to the national training activities related to Law 285 of 28 August 1997, Provisions for the Promotion of Rights and Opportunities for Children and Adolescents; together with Notebook No. 15, it completes the documentation of the training and workshop activities planned and implemented at national level during the first three years of implementation of the law.
