The thematic path of the supplement to Rassegna bibliografica 2/2016 deals with the issue of unaccompanied minors. Joseph Moyersoen, Jurist and President of the European Section of AIMMF, starting with the evolution of the definition of "unaccompanied foreign minor", reviews the considerable quantity of legislation adopted by international organisations and the recent reform adopted by the Italian legislature; he dwells, in particular, on the question of ascertaining the age of unaccompanied minors, on listening to the minor, on the protection system and on care experiences.

The filmographic path proposes an analysis of the representations of unaccompanied migrant minors, focusing specifically, though not exclusively, on Italian cinematography. The contribution also presents some documentaries and social communication videos (available on YouTube) promoted by associations and institutions interested in the phenomenon, such as Invisibili (2016) by Floriana Bulfon and Cristina Mastrandrea and What about you (2017), both made with the support of Unicef Italy.
