Social inclusion and disability protection from the perspective of children: a legal framework
In recent decades, the issue of disability has become increasingly central to the international, supranational and even national debate.
In the context of a more distinct legal awareness of the protection of the person and their fundamental rights, the social inclusion of people with disabilities, not only from a welfare perspective but also and above all from a participative perspective, is today one of the main objectives and, in addition, one of the most difficult challenges for contemporary society.
