The Conference, entitled “Becoming a Daughter, Becoming a Son. Adoptions (Full, Open and in Special Cases) in light of ruling No. 183/2023 of the Italian Constitutional Court”, is organised by Anfaa (Italian National Association of Adoptive and Foster Families) and others. It will include two round tables devoted, respectively, to the following topics:

1. Declaration of the status of adoptability and possible maintenance of relations with the family of origin in the light of ruling No. 183/2023 of the Constitutional Court; 
2. Notes on the ethics of advocates for minors; Preparation, assessment and support of today's and tomorrow's adoptive parents.
