Databases developed by the National Centre
- Databases concerning Law no. 285/97 -first (1997-1999) and second (2000-2002) three-year periods. They contain information on the projects carried out in favour of children and adolescents thanks to the funds allocated through Law no. 285, the various documents related to them and the files concerning the organizations and people involved in the various stages of the implementation of the Law. These two databases are now closed.
- Database of the projects of Beneficiary Cities funded through Law no. 285/97 (since 2008) It contains information on the projects in favour of children and adolescents carried out by the 15 Beneficiary Cities thanks to the funds allocated through Law no. 285/97. The description of each project includes the objectives, methodology, results, beneficiaries, organizations involved, human and financial resources. It is possible to search the projects by city, year and topic.
- Database on foster care. It contains information on the Italian public and private centres or services which work in the field of foster care, as well as on best practices in this area. Searches may be done by region or province.
- COBIRE databases. These databases give access to the Sistema Leggi d'Italia per gli Enti Locali (a portal containing databases of legislation and documents targeted at local authorities) and to the specialized databases and journals of the daily business newspaper Il Sole 24 ore. They can be accessed only on site in the Library.
Databases developed by the Innocenti Research Centre
- Child Impact database It contains documents on the impact of economic and social trends on children
- TransMONEE database: It contains socio-economic indicators, divided by categories, on the condition of children
- Child Friendly Cities database: It contains projects and documents linked to the “Child Friendly City” initiative
- Child Trafficking database (2003-2005): It contains documents on child trafficking and on the policies and projects promoted for its prevention. The database is now closed.
- Children in Armed Conflict database (2003-2005): It contains documents and researches on the involvement of children in armed conflict. The database is now closed.
