Bibliographic review on childhood and adolescence 2/08 - The psychologist

The thematic path of the second issue of the new series is dedicated to the figure of the psychologist.

In the reading proposed by the review, Fulvio Tassi, Researcher in Developmental and Educational Psychology at the University of Florence, outlines this professional figure, highlighting ambiguities and uncertainties and focusing on the various areas in which the psychologist carries out his or her work.

The filmographic journey offers a reflection on the forms and style used by cinema to describe the relationship between therapist and patient, analysing four films on adolescence.

Finally, the international focus concentrates on some significant experiences in the field of children’s policies that have been developed at an international level, through the reporting of articles and specialised volumes. Among the contents of the review are bibliographic recommendations and other reading suggestions.
