Same-sex parented families: thematic path

How do girls and boys grow up in same-sex parented families? What are the characteristics of family relations in different family types compared to the traditional model? In this new supplement to Rassegna bibliografica 2/2015, the researchers Jessica Lampis and Silvia De Simone, through a wide-ranging survey of national and international studies on same-sex parented families, reflect on the different ways of being a family today and then focus on the analysis of family relations and child development in same-sex parented families.

Marco Dalla Gassa, Professor of Film History and Criticism, reflects on the cinematic representation of same-sex parented families, making a distinction between films intended for cinemas and those that can be enjoyed at film festivals all over the world dedicated to the LGBT world.
